Youth Resource Centre (YRC)
Youth Resource Centre assists newcomer youth ages 13-17 and 18-24 with social, cultural and leadership skills, while building and enhancing positive relationships.
Children’s Programs and Services (CPS) supports newcomer families in a collective goal of providing a warm and nurturing environment with language enriched programs which are designed to stimulate optimum early childhood development either on-site or off-site.

Labour Market Access (LMA)
Labour Market Access connects newcomers with employment programs and information relating to the labour market. LMI Specialists assist newcomers, including youth with skills and career development; resume and cover letter writing; job search and interview skills and professional employer connections through networking. Other programs offered under LMA are Job Search Workshops and Business Development Advisory services assisting newcomers who want to start a business in Canada.
Employment Portal for Windsor-Essex Region (EMPOWER)
Employment Portal for Windsor-Essex Region provides personalized advice and services to help participants assess their skills and experience, find work or start on the path to skills training. Program highlights include: job matching and placements, resume and cover letter preparation, mentoring opportunities and employment training supports.
